Welcome to us at HR Support. Here you will work with dedicated colleagues with extensive expertise in the HR field where we develop and support our organization together. With us, you have the opportunity to influence and make a difference. We are now looking for a new colleague within HR Support, which consists of 13 HR partners who provide operational support to the region's managers and three HR partners who staff our HR Direct. Our HR department also includes four specialist teams in Labor Law & Salary Formation, Recruitment, Competence Supply, and Work Environment & Health.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with a 3-year higher education or university degree in a relevant field such as HR / personnel science, behavioral science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Furthermore, we expect you to have good knowledge of laws and agreements and have several years of experience in HR work.

Additionally, you communicate clearly, ensuring that messages are conveyed and expectations are clear for all parties involved. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in your skills and have the courage to handle difficult and complex situations with both professionalism and care. You are accustomed to making decisions, building trust, and acting with integrity even when faced with challenges.

This is what you will work with

As an HR partner with us, you will work closely with managers and be responsible for providing operational support and coaching them within a specific business area regarding HR issues. A central part of the role is to provide qualified support in labor law matters and in the area of work environment. You will also play an important role in collaboration forums, where you, together with the responsible manager and union representatives, contribute to constructive dialogues and solutions. You have a key role in introducing and educating new managers on HR-related issues, and the role also includes contributing strategically to management group work by analyzing and presenting statistics and follow-up of HR data. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues within the HR function and other support functions, where you work together to achieve common goals.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime with start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
